Owner Karen Black CKD was one of the first Certified Kitchen Designers (CKD) in Oklahoma and one of the first twenty in the U.S. She has over 30 years of experience.
We design and build the kitchens, bathrooms, and other areas assuring quality control from start to finish. We also guarantee our product and service while you are in your home.

Karen Black, C.K.D
Owner/Interior Designer/Project Manager
Karen graduated from the University of Oklahoma with an Interior Design degree through the College of Architecture. She has been designing and implementing kitchens for over 40 years.
Karen has been honored by serving as a judge for the National CKD Design Competition in New York and also served as a judge on the University of Oklahoma Interior Design Senior Portfolio Review. Karen has received numerous design awards, lighting awards, and magazine publications such as House Beautiful, Colonial Homes, Women's Day, and the front cover of Kitchens by Professionals.
Leroy Estes
Senior Designer/Estimator
Leroy has been a designer on staff with a karen black company. for over 20 years. Leroy is one of our lead designers that will contribute on projects. Leroy will handle measuring and price estimating of jobs. Leroy holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the University of Central Oklahoma where he studied Interior Design. He has completed the Wood-Mode Sales Training Seminar for LifeStyle Design.
Madi Motil
Lead Designer
Madi has been with a karen black company for over 7 years. Madi works directly with clients helping them to create their dream space, by space planning and material selections. With a degree in Interior Design from the University of Central Oklahoma, Madi brings a fresh perspective & is never afraid to try new things.
Andrea Brake
Office Manager
Andrea is our accounts manager, who handles payroll & book keeping, while also keeping our in-house contractors on track. She is our keeper of all things paperwork, defender against telemarketers, and our #1 Thunder Fan!

Rebuilding Together OKC
Rebuilding Together, a 501(c) 3 organization, rebuilds lives and neighborhoods by making homes safe, warm, and dry for low-income senior citizens in the Oklahoma City metropolitan area. Through our Year-Round Emergency Repair / Home Modification Program and our annual "April Work Day" Program, we provide free home repairs, emergency home repairs and home modifications that foster safer mobility and independence, changing the lives of our elderly neighbors every day.

Positive Tomorrows
Positive Tomorrows was founded in 1989 by a group of citizens concerned about homeless children and their lack of access to public education. Founding partners included the Mayor’s Taskforce on Homelessness, Junior League of OKC, YWCA, and Oklahoma City Public Schools.
Originally part of Oklahoma City Public Schools, Positive Tomorrows has become a private, non-tuition school serving homeless and at risk children in the Oklahoma City metropolitan area.
